Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Kelly Carroll has been dancing
since the age of three and has since then developed a strong passion for the art.
She has trained in various different dance styles and is fortunate to have received
most of her training from Billy Larson.
from Billy Larson. Dancing competitively since the age of five, Kelly has been awarded numerous honors and scholarships both at the regional and national level. She was an American Dance Awards “Dancer of the Year” three consecutive years and a JUMP VIP Finalist for two years. In 2009, Kelly performed at Hall of Fame Nationals and was one of four people selected to participate in the "Solo Showdown".
Kelly’s most prestigious award was being selected a Protégé in 2009, 10 and 11 at The Pulse on Tour Dance Convention. Kelly has participated in numerous charity events such as Dancers Responding to AIDS and Kids for Kids. Her stage credits include being selected to perform for Dancers Responding to AIDS at the Joyce Theater in NYC in a piece choreographed by Emily Shock. As a part of The PULSE, Kelly has performed in pieces choreographed by Brian Friedman, Cris Judd, Laurieann Gibson, Robert Hoffman and Tucker Barkley.

She participated in a Flash Mob dance event at the Jersey Gardens Mall choreographed by Jay T Jenkins. Kelly graduated from DePaul Catholic High School in 2008 and is currently earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance at Montclair State University. At Montclair, she trains with numerous different skilled professors such as Karen Gayle and Nancy Lushington. In the summer of 2011 Kelly trained extensively at Broadway Dance Center as an intern.
